At DNA, we believe that everyone deserves the right to choose the best support and services for themselves or their loved ones. Our mission is to provide a transparent, community-driven platform that connects individuals with trusted disability service providers based on real experiences and honest feedback.
DNA was founded in 2024 out of both professional and personal necessity. As a healthcare provider working closely with people living with disabilities, my role was to connect individuals with essential services—whether through NDIS, My Aged Care, charities, or Medicare-supported allied health providers. However, the process was overwhelming, confusing, and often left individuals and families feeling powerless in choosing the right provider.
On a personal level, as a single mother navigating the NDIS system, I experienced firsthand the frustrations of not having enough control over service providers. Too often, choices were made based on limited information, and people lacked a reliable way to assess providers based on real-world experiences.
About Us
That’s why DNA exists to put control back into the hands of those who need it most. Our platform is designed to:
Empower Choice
Ensure Transparency
Uphold Fairness & Respect
We are committed to keeping providers honest and fostering a community where people with disabilities feel heard, supported, and in charge of their care. DNA is more than just a directory, it’s a movement toward fairness, trust, and better outcomes for all.
